Karen Legg:
Karen joined the firm in December 2000, after five years at a large Financial Services Group. She runs the Residential Department and specialises in Equity Release. Karen was born in Torbay and has always lived and worked in the local area. She enjoys spending much of her spare time with her Husband and their two young children.

Holly Heard:
Holly joined the firm in August 2003, after four years at large Financial Institution. Her area of expertise is Buy to Let/Investment property and she also specialises in the Remortgage market, helping clients take advantage of substantial savings with more efficient borrowing. Holly was born in Torbay and enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends in her local village Shaldon.

Katie Davis:
Katie joined the company in 2007 and manages the main office/reception as well as providing support to everybody in the office! Liaising with the different departments ensuring clients are directed to the appropriate advisor. Outside of work Katie looks after her young son and spends as much time as possible indulging in her pursuit of extreme sports which include off piste skiing, bungee jumping, freefall parachuting and close proximity flying.

Stephen the newest member of the team joined several months ago. This is his first role in the Finance Sector. Duties primarily include assisting with administration tasks specifically the stapling of large reams.
